The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach with stunning sea views from the property. the cottage itself was charming and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing getaway with my family. We enjoyed exploring the garden and taking advantage of the free WiFi to plan our days out. the area is great for outdoor activities like cycling and fishing, and we even managed to squeeze in a round of golf nearby. And with the Portland Museum and Castle just a stone's throw away, there was no shortage of things to see and do. The owner was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the attention to detail in the property's upkeep was evident, making our vacation all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Shambles to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Portland and its surrounding areas.
